ONTRAPORT is seeking an exceptional Sales Copywriter. The Sales Copywriter, reporting to Chief Content Officer, is responsible for ensuring the ONTRAPORT brand voice is compelling and consistent across all marketing and sales channels. This individual should have the skills needed to hook readers, establish the brand, build rapport, overcome objections and drive sales

Essential Functions:
  • Develop, document and roll out the ONTRAPORT brand voice
  • Consistently audit and update materials to ensure adherence to the ONTRAPORT brand voice and to identify best practices
  • Oversee all copy for digital and traditional marketing,sales emails, applicable website pages, events, promotions, social media, etc.
  • Develop PR messaging and Q&A content
  • Craft email subject lines and body copy
  • Build all website messaging and brand content
  • Develop social media messaging and content
  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop monthly creative/messaging themes
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maintain a human voice through all sales related communication.
  • Actively participate in marketing kick-offs and oversee the prioritization of messaging strategy
  • Develop copy for internal projects such as training and development materials and major presentations
  • Continuously evaluate and assess industry and relevant content for inspiration and insight
  • Ensure all copy elements are on brand and on schedule
  • Remain respectful of, and at all times compliant with, corporate rules, policies and procedures and management direction
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in weekly Think Tank
  • Attend and participate in all department and team meetings
  • Complete feedback including 15five report and manager one on ones
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Ability to deliver on-brand messages
  • Content strategy experience
  • Persuasive presentation skills
  • Specific experience in technology is a plus
  • Agency background a plus
Education & Experience
  • Formal education required
  • Degree in related field is a plus (Journalism, English, Marketing, etc. )
Level of Supervision Required
  • Reports to CCO or Director of Sales

ONTRAPORT is looking for a skilled User Experience/Interface Designer to join our fast-growing product team. As a UX designer, you will work directly with the product team on interface design for our SaaS platform used by thousands of businesses around the world.

This person should have a talent and passion for translating complex tasks into simple interactions — driving our product’s ease of use. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside UX design peers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers to create revolutionary software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, designs and detailed UI specifications for the engineering team.
  • Present designs to Product Team, continuing to iterate and incorporate feedback as necessary.
  • Facilitate user research, in collaboration with the team, to validate prototypes and conduct ongoing usability testing of the working software.
  • Contribute to the continual development of user interface design requirements and standard UI components.
  • Support the team as needed with wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas.
  • Be the advocate of the customer, sharing data and insights with the team to communicate customer needs and best practices.
  • Participate in the evolving UX team strategy, discovering new tools and resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience or interactive visual design.
  • Must possess a sense of practicality and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience.
  • The ability to understand and design for complex technical products, using modern design best practices.
  • The ability to clearly organize design documents, communicate design rationale, and build consensus.
  • Adobe design tools expertise.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript prototyping. Direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies.
  • Experience in a collaborative design environment and the ability to constructively contribute to team growth and maintaining excellence throughout the department.
  • A cutting edge portfolio of software design that demonstrates outstanding interaction design skills.
  • Experience with a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.)
  • Experience with large and complex software interfaces and projects.
